We are a boutique Civil Engineering consulting firm promoted by a group of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the sector with Multi National Companies. We focus on Highways, Traffic, Transportation Planning, Safety, Structures and other sectors of public infrastructure related to Civil Engineering. We believe in working “with the client” rather than “for the client”.
The firm has grown at a fast pace over last few years and have achieved a turnover of over Rs. 80 Million and has been profitable every year of its operation. Projects undertaken by the firm is spread over several states of India, with a larger presence in the southern states due to geographical advantage provided by the location of its Head Office in Bangalore and a branch in Thiruvananthapuram. We have also undertaken projects in Sultanate of Oman, Uniter States of America, Bahrain and Myanmar.
We have worked for Metro Authorities, Large real estate Developers, Highway Authorities, Road Contractors and funding agencies helping them with road or structure designs, traffic projection or management and other issues where we have expertise. We have enjoyed this journey and look forward to continuing on this exiting path to make the world a better place to live!

A seasoned Transport Planning Expert with 35 years of experience in the field. Key project expertise includes Regional Road Network Studies across various states in India, and large-scale urban transport studies related to Metro systems, Public Transport, and Electric Mobility. Has been actively associated with international organizations such as the World Bank, ADB, and IMF, along with other financial institutions. Also deeply engaged in Road Safety Improvement Projects across the country.
Mr. Arun Baboo
Founder
Holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Planning and Engineering from Napier Edinburgh University, Scotland, UK. Specialized in Highway Design and Detailed Engineering, with extensive experience on major highway projects across India, Qatar, Oman, and Myanmar. Also actively involved in Road Safety initiatives and Proof Checking of large-scale road infrastructure projects.
Mr. Gopakumar K
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer A seasoned Finance Professional with 38 years of expertise in finance, accounts, and corporate financial management. Senior roles in leading engineering consultancy firms, successfully managed financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning. At Wilbur Smith Associates, he holds the position of Chief General Manager – Finance, contributing significantly to the firm’s financial growth and governance. Also played a key role at Kirloskar Consultants in strengthening financial reporting and controls. In 2018, he co-founded Habog Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where he continues to provide leadership in business management and financial strategy. His career reflects a strong track record of integrity, leadership, and excellence in financial management within the consultancy sector.
